Different patterns haul.

I love mid week days off :) Today was one of them, and my Dad also had a day off so we thought we would go out to Cromer :) There was actually a carboot sale there today that we looked around but I didn't get anything so not much to blog about there... my dad got some metal rusty thing though.. he seemed pretty excited about  it.. and he also got some really really old Norfolk maps... he was also very excited about these.. weird man.

I got more lucky in the charity shops, picking up 2 tops, a playsuit and a tray for my nail varnishes. I haven't taken photos the tops, or the tray, but photos will come :) The tray is pretty and floral though, and lives on my window sill with my nail varnishes looking pretty on it. One top is spotty and one is floral :)

So first thing I found was a playsuit with a perfume bottle design all over it. It's originally asos and super cute. I didn;t try it on in the shop because it was quite busy, and as it was only £3.50 I just figured if it didn't fit I'd give it away or something, but thankfully it fits perfect!

It's a lovely classy shape, wraps around my boobs and tucks me in just under them. Also keeps me nice and covered up top but shows my legs off (with tights on :P)

I paired it with simple suede black heels from Newlook (but I found them on ebay) and would also pair it with a black clutch if I was too go out.

This photo shows the pattern a bit clearer, lots of different perfume bottle designs repeated :) Cute!

After Cromer, we popped to North Walsham, which is the town closest to where I live, it has LOTS of charity shops! I found a skirt, some bath stuff and a jumper :) I won't be blogging about the bath stuff although it is beauticology and chocolate scented, buuuut I shall be blogging about the clothes :)

The shirt is super pretty, blue with little white hearts on, it is originally primark and had the tag on for £6, I paid £3.99 :)
I teamed with a little white shirt from a charity shop, jelly shoes, and a charity shop find bag from ages ago, I proper reminded myself of the characters in Grease in this outfit :P

The next thing I found was a super cute jumper for £4.99! I found it in the same charity shop as the skirt :) It has boats all over it, and is super soft! It's by Frederik Anderson Copenhagen.. I have a feeling it's a men's jumper but I don't know much about the brand at all?? I teamed this with a spotty primark shirt that I cut the sleeves off, newlook jeans, primark bag and peacocks boots :) A more casual look than usual!

This is definitely an outfit I'd wear for a casual day out! The jumper is so cute! Ahhh sailing boots! And yes I love scrunchies atm!

So yes these were some of the things I got today :)

Floral frenzy

The last outfit of the day! Another pretty floral festival style one! With added flowers! This lovely frilly floral top was found in a charity shop in North Walsham and cost me around £4, it's originally Tu by Sainsburys and I love this shape and style where it goes in under the boobs and then slightly out, seems to suit my figure. A pretty simple outfit, floral top, jeans and jelly shoes with the flowers to add a bit more excitement. I recently went a bit crazy in Newlook and purchased a lot of floral headbands and scrunchies! This is one of the floral headbands! The colour matches this top perfectly :)

I don't kow why this has become my signature pose today...

I needed air and light hence the stable door being open :)

Right so that's the end of the 5 new outfit posts! I hope it given you a little bit of insight in to thing kind of things I find in charity shops and maybe even makes you go in look in your local one! They are better shops than some people think! They aren't just full of old people's clothes, and they don't all smell! And no I am not wearing 'dead people' clothes, which you can probably tell by my posts. People get rid of things for different reasons, they may not fit them, unwanted present, or they may just not wear them anymore, anyway I fully recommend taking a look in some. Best challenge I have ever done. I am finding so many lovely things, trying so many different styles out that I usually wouldn't do because it would have cost me too much. So yes I shall hopefully post very soon about other purchases :)

So 90s.

Ah the 90s! This outfit makes me so happy I can't even explain!! :D It's so fun!

In my last post I mentioned my trip to Holt with my family, where I managed to pick up the super pretty floral dress, well I also picked up these Denim stripy dungarees! They cost me £3.60 and are brightening up this outfit nicely. They are originally primark but that doesn't mean I like them any less. I still saved money, they are still nice, and the great thing about primark is that it copies all the latest fashions which are waaay more expensive in other shops, clever!
I think these are from last Summer because I remember trying some on but they didn't fit quite right.. they were a bit baggy on my bum and didn't look attractive but these fit perfect! And I looooove the colour! I have teamed them with a plain white top from primark, and the jelly shoes are back which make this outfit even more 90s!! Just need the sun to come out now :P
Yes we have an easter tree.. I don't know if this a normal thing to do every year... or if my family are just weird?? :s hahaha.

Fit for a festival

I recently took a trip to Holt with my family. If you're not from Norfolk, you probably don't know where this is... but it's a lovely pretty town, full of quite posh little shops, it also has a number of charity shops that aren't that expensive which surprised me because of the posh shops surrounding them. I picked up a few things. One thing being this cute little floral dress! It's so comfortable and lovely. I think it cost me £4. It makes me want to put on my wellies and head to a festival with a drink in my hand and flowers in my hair!
I teamed this dress up with my favourite shoes of the moment, my JELLY SHOES from primark, they are so 90s and awesome!
I love the colours and pattern of this floral dress as well, the floral pattern seems old fashioned with the faded pastel colours :)

Most definitely ran out of poses and had to think quickly before the timer went off... this happened. :P

Summery date outfit.

I nearly didn't buy this floral dress as my boobs are a tiny bit too big for it.. but it was too pretty to put down so I got it anyway :) It cost me £4.99and was from British Heart Foundation in Sheringham. The faux leather jacket is also a charityshop find, it cost me £7.50 and was from a charity shop in Norwich, I actually purchased it on my lunch break!
The shoes I have put with this outfit are from Primark and were £8, they are a mix between flatforms and platforms, as the platform isn't very high, they are sooo nearly flatforms and very comfortable!

This outfit makes me want to go for cocktails with all my girlfriends or on a summer date. Its a lovely summery floral outfit, with an added leather jacket as we live in England.. :P

excuse my pink bra on show, oopsy.

Soldier on outfit.

So as I have been useless I decided to pull my finger out today and do lots of outfit photos, so this is the first post of 5 outfit posts today! I was going to do one big one, but it would be quite photo heavy so figured it would be easier for everyone if it was 5 different ones!

So first up a dungaree dress that I picked up a few weeks back from a charity shop I don't usually go to in Norwich, as it's in the total different direction to the others I usually go to but I think I had loads of time to spare on this day so thought I'd have a gander :) This was the only thing I got and I think it was around £4. It's originally River Island and a black thick cotton like material.

I teamed this dress with a red top I got from Primark, my new soldier tights also from Primark which were only a pound and pretty much make this outfit, my new converse style shoes from Newlook and my new necklace also from Newlook which was like £2 in the sale :)

The tights are something that I wouldn't usually wear, but I thought they were really funky and quirky, and figured I could make them work somehow as they were only a pound and that's pretty much saying BUY ME PLEASE!

I think this outfit would be perfect for the Spring like days where it's really sunny but still a bit chilly so you need to wear something thicker than a summer dress :)
