I think I have lost half a stone :) I have been on and off 10 stone for a while and that's the heaviest I have ever been but today I was right on the half mark, sometimes in the morning I am just a little less than 10 stone, but this was right on half!! So I am seeing progess. I haven't done a lot for it tbh, just eating less, slimfast most weeks, no snacking and I did do running but I haven't done that in a while!
Anyway this is a boring post but I am happy. I want to be back to 9 stone! :D
