Oldschool Topshop dress OOTN

Today I figured I should probably get out of my house and do something with my life so I decided to get the bus to Norwich, my nearest City and go to all the charity shops as I rarely have time to do them all. I was pretty unlucky, didn't find anything excet a jacket I will blog about tomorrow so I decided to get the bus back after like an hour and a bit there. I figured to cheer me self up over my fail of a charity shop sesh I would do the charity shops in town and this is wear I was pretty lucky! I found 2 Topshop dresses! The one that's going to be in this Blogpost is an old school one, like the Topshop label is different and vintage like. So it must be pree old, but it's very pretty. Like heavy kind of clingy material but flattering on me as it clings at the top then goes out slightly so doesn't cling to my huge ass and hips :) It has a pretty flowery design on it that is very subtle! I would happily wear this dress clubbing/out as I think it's soo pretty but classy and not trashyyy and trashy is not my style :D Also this dress was £5.99 which some may think is expensive for charity shops, but 1. this is a Topshop dress 2.It's possibly vintage and 3. It's not like I can buy my clothes anywhere else!

Oh and I apologise for the photos being in my Kitchen.. as there is so much stuff everywhere in there and it's really bright and it may be too much for your eyes! I decided it was too cold for outside and the other room I usually take photos in was real messy so the kitchen had to do. Enjoy the yellowness.
Oh and I was wearing a red bra during these stupidly so had to touch it up so if you see any black marks that don't look right, that would be my really bad touching up skills :)

Why do I do this pose? It's like 'I dunno'

Too much crack. I am cray.

Charity shop OOTD (LEVIS SHORTS)

I haven't been on here for a while! I have so much still to blog about and a week off work so hopefully I should be able to fit in a few blog posts and try to keep you updated on my latest finds! Today I am uploading 2 blogposts. This one and a date night outfit one :)

So today's outfit consists of one of my most exciting favourite finds ever!!!!! My levis shorts!!! These were around £3 I think, and I haven't even blogged about them! I love them ever so much! They are a bit baggy but I hate tights jeans, where you sit down and you are suddenly bulding out of them! So I am enjoying the baggy denim shorts look, making me get my legs out this summer which I usually hate doing! :) The top that I have paired with them is something I actually found today for £4.95, it's originally select and has a pretty stripy floral pattern on. It's a size 16 and I love the way it fits (Just the right amount of baggy when tucked in) I have teamed the outfit with some gorgeous pointed brogues a friend gave me because they didn't fit her and some frilly socks. Enjoy the pictures :)

Summery dress OOTD

So I have soooooooo much stuff to blog about, it's getting a bit craycray! I will try and fit some more blogs in today! But for now, I am just going to blog about one dress. It's a beautiful dress :) I got this from a charityshop in Cromer which was raising money for a Church/Christian group I think. It was hanging near the door, and I grabbed it as soon as I saw it, hoping that it would fit! It was quite pricey for a charity shop.. £7.95 BUT still had the original New Look tag on that said £28 so I figured really for a new dress that hasn't been worn that isn't bad :)
It is white with red flowers all over it, I am crazy for florals/prints! Just think it makes an outfit so much more girly and cute! It's fitted at the top and then goes out, it has netting underneath so goes out a bit more than usual which I love! Feel like someone from Grease or something! It also has a cut out love heart shape at the back but I forgot to take a photo of this! I have it in mind to wear to a wedding, but tbh now the weather is getting hotter I am hoping there will be a few events in the evening where I can wear it to :)

I teamed it with my chunky black suede Ebay heels, originally Newlook and some red lippy. A simple yet visually interesting girly outfit :) I look forward to wearing this out soon!

Different patterns haul.

I love mid week days off :) Today was one of them, and my Dad also had a day off so we thought we would go out to Cromer :) There was actually a carboot sale there today that we looked around but I didn't get anything so not much to blog about there... my dad got some metal rusty thing though.. he seemed pretty excited about  it.. and he also got some really really old Norfolk maps... he was also very excited about these.. weird man.

I got more lucky in the charity shops, picking up 2 tops, a playsuit and a tray for my nail varnishes. I haven't taken photos the tops, or the tray, but photos will come :) The tray is pretty and floral though, and lives on my window sill with my nail varnishes looking pretty on it. One top is spotty and one is floral :)

So first thing I found was a playsuit with a perfume bottle design all over it. It's originally asos and super cute. I didn;t try it on in the shop because it was quite busy, and as it was only £3.50 I just figured if it didn't fit I'd give it away or something, but thankfully it fits perfect!

It's a lovely classy shape, wraps around my boobs and tucks me in just under them. Also keeps me nice and covered up top but shows my legs off (with tights on :P)

I paired it with simple suede black heels from Newlook (but I found them on ebay) and would also pair it with a black clutch if I was too go out.

This photo shows the pattern a bit clearer, lots of different perfume bottle designs repeated :) Cute!

After Cromer, we popped to North Walsham, which is the town closest to where I live, it has LOTS of charity shops! I found a skirt, some bath stuff and a jumper :) I won't be blogging about the bath stuff although it is beauticology and chocolate scented, buuuut I shall be blogging about the clothes :)

The shirt is super pretty, blue with little white hearts on, it is originally primark and had the tag on for £6, I paid £3.99 :)
I teamed with a little white shirt from a charity shop, jelly shoes, and a charity shop find bag from ages ago, I proper reminded myself of the characters in Grease in this outfit :P

The next thing I found was a super cute jumper for £4.99! I found it in the same charity shop as the skirt :) It has boats all over it, and is super soft! It's by Frederik Anderson Copenhagen.. I have a feeling it's a men's jumper but I don't know much about the brand at all?? I teamed this with a spotty primark shirt that I cut the sleeves off, newlook jeans, primark bag and peacocks boots :) A more casual look than usual!

This is definitely an outfit I'd wear for a casual day out! The jumper is so cute! Ahhh sailing boots! And yes I love scrunchies atm!

So yes these were some of the things I got today :)

Floral frenzy

The last outfit of the day! Another pretty floral festival style one! With added flowers! This lovely frilly floral top was found in a charity shop in North Walsham and cost me around £4, it's originally Tu by Sainsburys and I love this shape and style where it goes in under the boobs and then slightly out, seems to suit my figure. A pretty simple outfit, floral top, jeans and jelly shoes with the flowers to add a bit more excitement. I recently went a bit crazy in Newlook and purchased a lot of floral headbands and scrunchies! This is one of the floral headbands! The colour matches this top perfectly :)

I don't kow why this has become my signature pose today...

I needed air and light hence the stable door being open :)

Right so that's the end of the 5 new outfit posts! I hope it given you a little bit of insight in to thing kind of things I find in charity shops and maybe even makes you go in look in your local one! They are better shops than some people think! They aren't just full of old people's clothes, and they don't all smell! And no I am not wearing 'dead people' clothes, which you can probably tell by my posts. People get rid of things for different reasons, they may not fit them, unwanted present, or they may just not wear them anymore, anyway I fully recommend taking a look in some. Best challenge I have ever done. I am finding so many lovely things, trying so many different styles out that I usually wouldn't do because it would have cost me too much. So yes I shall hopefully post very soon about other purchases :)

So 90s.

Ah the 90s! This outfit makes me so happy I can't even explain!! :D It's so fun!

In my last post I mentioned my trip to Holt with my family, where I managed to pick up the super pretty floral dress, well I also picked up these Denim stripy dungarees! They cost me £3.60 and are brightening up this outfit nicely. They are originally primark but that doesn't mean I like them any less. I still saved money, they are still nice, and the great thing about primark is that it copies all the latest fashions which are waaay more expensive in other shops, clever!
I think these are from last Summer because I remember trying some on but they didn't fit quite right.. they were a bit baggy on my bum and didn't look attractive but these fit perfect! And I looooove the colour! I have teamed them with a plain white top from primark, and the jelly shoes are back which make this outfit even more 90s!! Just need the sun to come out now :P
Yes we have an easter tree.. I don't know if this a normal thing to do every year... or if my family are just weird?? :s hahaha.

Fit for a festival

I recently took a trip to Holt with my family. If you're not from Norfolk, you probably don't know where this is... but it's a lovely pretty town, full of quite posh little shops, it also has a number of charity shops that aren't that expensive which surprised me because of the posh shops surrounding them. I picked up a few things. One thing being this cute little floral dress! It's so comfortable and lovely. I think it cost me £4. It makes me want to put on my wellies and head to a festival with a drink in my hand and flowers in my hair!
I teamed this dress up with my favourite shoes of the moment, my JELLY SHOES from primark, they are so 90s and awesome!
I love the colours and pattern of this floral dress as well, the floral pattern seems old fashioned with the faded pastel colours :)

Most definitely ran out of poses and had to think quickly before the timer went off... this happened. :P

Summery date outfit.

I nearly didn't buy this floral dress as my boobs are a tiny bit too big for it.. but it was too pretty to put down so I got it anyway :) It cost me £4.99and was from British Heart Foundation in Sheringham. The faux leather jacket is also a charityshop find, it cost me £7.50 and was from a charity shop in Norwich, I actually purchased it on my lunch break!
The shoes I have put with this outfit are from Primark and were £8, they are a mix between flatforms and platforms, as the platform isn't very high, they are sooo nearly flatforms and very comfortable!

This outfit makes me want to go for cocktails with all my girlfriends or on a summer date. Its a lovely summery floral outfit, with an added leather jacket as we live in England.. :P

excuse my pink bra on show, oopsy.

Soldier on outfit.

So as I have been useless I decided to pull my finger out today and do lots of outfit photos, so this is the first post of 5 outfit posts today! I was going to do one big one, but it would be quite photo heavy so figured it would be easier for everyone if it was 5 different ones!

So first up a dungaree dress that I picked up a few weeks back from a charity shop I don't usually go to in Norwich, as it's in the total different direction to the others I usually go to but I think I had loads of time to spare on this day so thought I'd have a gander :) This was the only thing I got and I think it was around £4. It's originally River Island and a black thick cotton like material.

I teamed this dress with a red top I got from Primark, my new soldier tights also from Primark which were only a pound and pretty much make this outfit, my new converse style shoes from Newlook and my new necklace also from Newlook which was like £2 in the sale :)

The tights are something that I wouldn't usually wear, but I thought they were really funky and quirky, and figured I could make them work somehow as they were only a pound and that's pretty much saying BUY ME PLEASE!

I think this outfit would be perfect for the Spring like days where it's really sunny but still a bit chilly so you need to wear something thicker than a summer dress :)

Quick post with some haul updates.

So I have been really lucky recently and have found LOADS at charity shops and have a huge post to do, but have been really busy so am going to try and do it Wednesday next week but I styled some of the items quickly the other day so thought I would put up some of the photos I took when I styled them :)

Thought I would style my new checked shirt from a charity shop, originally George with my new dog tooth flatforms from ebay :) Loving patterns atm! This shirt is super comfy, I am pree much living in it! It's a size 18 but I don't think it actually is... it's really nice and baggy and soft :)

Ooh change of scenery.. out in the ugly bit of the garden haha.

Wearing my new cut off trousers from a charity shop originally love label and a black blazer also from a charity shop, originally George. Super love this trousers!! espescially with heels for a cute sophisticated look. and I have been looking for a black blazer for ages and this one is so soft and silk like :)

So I took this pic to test my camera as I filmed a quick haul video with all my charityshop stuff, you can see the big pile next to me!!

Right so a bit of a random post today, sorry about that! Now I'm away for the weekend so will post on Wednesday :) xxx

Big charity shop haul and TROUSERS.

So today was my day off but I had to be at work at 9 to see some lady about an NHS card thing and so she could take my photo. I was only there for 10 minutes so ofcourse I then went charity shop shopping. I was pretty successful today! I got atleast one thing from nearly every shop I went in! I also got TROUSERS! And shorts!! I think I have blogged before about how scared I was about doing this challenge because I have never been able to get trousers/jeans/shorts from charity shops but today I got a pair of trousers, jeans, and some shorts! I also got a dressing gown, a bag, a dress and 2 puzzles...

So first up.. these lovely patterned gypsy like trousers. They are loose and soft and lovely! Makes me never want to wear jeans again tbh! Because they are quite loud and patterned I just quickly styled them with a black top, scarf from my last haul and an owl necklace. Comfy outfit that would be perfect for uni/rehearsals/lazy day :) These were originally from Marks and Spencers and cost me £4.49

Pretty pattern!

Turned the bottoms up :)

With my charity shop brogues :)

I have like no shorts that fit me, maybe one denim pair but I only wear them in the summer so when I saw this thick grey ones I got excited cos I instantly imagined them with boots, tights and layers :) They are orginally from French Connection and cost me £2

I LOVELOVELOVE this dress, it's originally Primark and oh so cute, and fits lovely and the style is super cute and flattering for my shape (tight on boobs loose on bum/belly/hips) It's so girly and lovely and cost me £4 I think :)

I also got a bag, a dressing gown and some puzzles. The bag and dressing gown are on my instagram.. lovelyweatherforducks

I am yet to blog about my 2 new velvet dresses that I got from ebay for charity and my new makeup brushes but they will come soon :)
Hope you've enjoyed the haul!
